Yoga Holmes offers the best online yoga classes for dedicated yogis. Find a class that is just right for what you need today.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa classes are active (yang) yoga practices that flow with breath and move continuously through the entire body. They also include holds of approximately 5 breaths, which build strength and fortitude.

Power Vinyasa
Our power yoga vinyasa practices ignite greater internal heat and up the intensity of the traditional vinyasa flow. These sessions are part of the best online yoga subscription at Yoga Holmes, which include options for arm balances (as do our traditional vinyasa practices). Count on each class to always take it up a notch!

Baptiste Power Vinyasa
If you’re seeking the best online yoga classes, our Baptiste Power Vinyasa sessions deliver both inspiration and intensity. Rooted in Baptiste’s Journey into Power sequence, these classes combine soulful inspiration interspersed with the challenging vinyasa practice, creating a holistic experience that strengthens both body and mind.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is at the opposite spectrum from power vinyasa, but is powerful in what it does to invite the body to repair the layer of fascia that lines muscle tissue that often is the cause of your sensation of tightness. Through long-held poses primarily done seated or fully reclined, the body replaces plastic, stiff tissue with elastic, mobile tissue. The yin practice is also very relaxing and encourages awareness of even, calm breathing. A great way to begin or end your day.

Yoga Nidra
For deep relaxation, try our yoga nidra practices, part of the best streaming yoga options available. These non-moving sessions are similar to meditation, but without the need to concentrate. Instead, you just lie down comfortably, listen and do your best to stay awake with the result being similar to taking a nap. If you add a simple resolution, at the beginning and end of the practice, your resolution is planted in the deep, rich soil of your consciousness creating a powerful opportunity to align and fortify your body, mind and spirit with your most heartfelt intention. Another great way to begin or end your day.

Partner Yoga
Looking to deepen both your yoga practice and your connection with a loved one or friend? Partner yoga is a powerful way to build trust, improve communication and enhance flexibility together. We have the best online yoga classes to guide you through couples yoga, offering support, balance, and mutual growth. This shared practice helps you both explore poses in a fun and supportive way. Strengthen your connection — physically and emotionally — through partner yoga.

Our Diversified Yoga Classes

Vinyasa

Often described as flow, the practice moves the body continuously, guided by each inhale and exhale. Each practice is unique and invites new discovery into the body as it is challenged with varying entries, exits and combinations of asana.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa yoga class is a vigorous flow through strength building postures (asanas) with breath. Each practice is unique and invites discovery into the body’s potency and endurance as it is challenged with strong postures, challenging entries, exits and combinations of asana.

Baptiste

Baptiste yoga classes are rigorous power practices most noted by the three guiding practices and techniques of the physical aspect of asana, the meditational aspect of dhyana and the inquiring aspect of niyama.

Yin

Yin classes quiet the mind and improve your flexibility and range of motion regardless of whether you have never practiced yoga or are an advanced yoga practitioner. Our yin classes are primarily full-body, including hips, hamstrings, thighs, shoulders and back.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra classes guide you to yogic sleep. As opposed to meditation, it is quite easy to do and beneficial effects are felt even after the first practice. Your mind is guided into a waking dream state. It is a practice that helps clear and relax the mind yet it is not a relaxation exercise.

The Yoga Holmes Team

Susan Holmes

E-R.Y.T. Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor, Greg Holmes, motivates students of every age, body type and energy with his special mix of power peppered with lightness (and a pun or two) to discover their own strength, breath and vitality. His career in dance on cruise ships, stage shows, television, and on the Las Vegas Strip ultimately introduced him to the long-lasting benefits of a powerful yoga practice.

Once retired from dance, Greg began body building again (he originally began at age 17), winning several trophies including the Vegas Classic Masters Championship. After rupturing his bicep, this body builder was ready to trade muscle size for a more healthful, flexible, and spiritual practice.

With his wife, Susan, they discovered the strength building and passion that could be developed through the solid yoga practice at a local Baptiste Power Vinyasa class and life was never the same! The strong vinyasa flow combined with great inspiration encouraged a new vitality for both. Greg attended Baron Baptiste’s Teacher Training, received his 200 Yoga Alliance certification and is trained in Yin and the Art of Assisting. Hhe has also studied yoga, meditation and yoga nidra in Bali, Indonesia with Zuna Yoga.

As a TruFusion Studio Senior Master yoga instructor, Greg is on the yoga teacher-training team, presents Hands-On Assists teacher trainings, yoga classes, workshops and international yoga retreats with his wife Susan. Greg and Susan also present at numerous yoga festivals and create continuing education credits for yoga instructors.

Her 20-year career in dance on cruise ships, stage shows, television, and on the Las Vegas Strip ultimately introduced her to the long-lasting benefits of an asana practice.

Susan’s first yoga teaching experience was backstage at the MGM hotel as a warm-up for Tommy Tune and the cast of EFX in 1998. In 2001, she graduated Summa Cumme Laude in Information Systems and left the stage for an office. Weathering the effects of long hours behind a desk, she jumped deep into yoga and brought her husband, Greg, along with her. Together they discovered the strength building and passion that could be developed through the solid yoga practice at a local Baptiste Power Vinyasa class and life was never the same!
